Aspirational Solutions, LLC (Contractor / Consultant)

 

• TERM

This Agreement shall be effective starting the proposal acceptance date and shall continue in full force until Scope of Work is complete or indicated on proposal or quote. (“Term”).

 

 

• CANCELLATION AND TERMINATION

Either party may terminate and/or cancel this Agreement before the termination date if one of them breaches any term, condition, or provision set forth herein. Either the Consultant or the Client shall provide written notice to the other within five (14) working days before the intended date of termination or cancellation.  Aspirational Solutions reserves the right to terminate agreement at any time during the contract.  

Termination or cancellation request should be in writing via email . 

• Refund Policy

  • Full refund with in 14 days of written request. ​

  • No refund after 14 days.

• SCOPE OF SERVICE

In pursuance of this Agreement, the Consultant agrees to provide the Services to the Client as listed in the proposal or quote that was sent with full details of work to be completed. 

 

• PAYMENT

The Consultant shall receive payment as agreed upon and payment type will be indicated by client and payment links via the invoice sent by Aspirational Solutions, LLC (Contractor)  Late payment may incur a late fee of 1% if exceeds 30 days. 

 

 

• CONFIDENTIALITY

The Parties acknowledge that the provisions of this Agreement and any oral or written information exchanged between the Parties, during the performance of the Services, are confidential.

 

 

• GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of and jurisdiction of Missouri and subject to federal and state courts of the county where the Client’s facility is located.

 

 

• ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

The Consultant and the Client hereby acknowledge the importance and consequences of the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
